Stormy received her degree in painting and art history from Loras College in Dubuque, IA. Because she is an artist herself, Stormy Mochal's mission is to help artists blossom and sustain themselves. She carries this out by co-owning Outside the Lines Art Gallery and selling the work of both local/regional artists, including her own.
