Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of the purchase date. Each package is prepared cautiously to avoid any breakage during shipment. We work with both USPS and UPS carriers.  Allow 3-7 days for your shipment to arrive. If express shipment is needed, please call the gallery to arrange 815-776-9166.

In the rare case that a package does arrive damaged, please notify the gallery and the carrier services, and save the original packaging. Orders containing multiple products may be split into separate packages to guarantee a safe arrival.

Due to the unpredictable changes in shipping costs, you may be charged a high shipping rate, in this scenario, please know that you will be refunded the difference if a lower rate can be found.
