Our laser etched 2.5" x 2.5" wood magnets were designed by artist Jenny Woods of High Strung Studios and are created in small batches in our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania studio.
My creative world was turned upside down the day I discovered that my old guitar strings were a perfect medium for jewelry design. Having been a musician for many years, I couldn’t believe what a rich trove of possibility had literally been right at my fingertips. The realization that guitar strings could be repurposed for jewelry ignited a spark. In a perfect melding of my love of music and passion for creating, High Strung Studios was born. Since that magical moment in 2010, every day I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to engage in something I am deeply passionate about. It brings me immense joy to know that my wearable art strikes a chord in others.
Our diverse guitar string jewelry collections resonate with music enthusiasts, musicians, and those with an affinity for unique and detailed craftsmanship. Every piece we create tells a story of melody, rhythm, and harmony.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of High Strung jewelry is donated to Musicians on a Mission, a New Jersey based 501(c)3 non-profit organization which uses the power of music to raise awareness and funds for local charities.
