Hallie Bear is a fine art photographer residing in Cedar Falls, Iowa. 

Hallie Bear is a fine art photographer originally from Melbourne, Iowa. Growing up in the country near a small town allowed for a loud imagination and extra spare time to experiment her hobby. She later refined her hobby at Hawkeye Community College where she got her degree in Commercial Photography.

Hallie’s work is a mix of real and created scenes with the goal of not being able to tell one from the other. She uses different angles, focal lengths, colors, and lenses to exaggerate her subjects. Hallie photographs scenes and  moments instinctively, plan-less, and enjoys the results of spontaneity. Her work is derived from the appreciation of exploring, whether it be through the outside world, or her inside world.
